To place an order on linumdesign.com you need to be at least 18 years of age or have been granted permission by your legal guardian. When you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. If something is incorrect in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
OUT OF STOCK
We reserve ourselves from the possibility of products that run out of stock. Even if you have managed to place an order, there is a small chance that we have run out on that specific product. If you have placed an order and we’re not able to ship a specific product to you, we will refund you the cost of that product.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are using UPS and DHL as our carriers. They operate during business hours which normally mean Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Your order can not be left without a signature so please choose a shipping address where you will be available during business hours, such as your work place/office. Note that UPS don’t deliver to post boxes.
For Swedish customers using Klarna, an alternative shipping address cannot be used. If you won’t be at home, please choose another payment option.
If UPS or DHL fails to deliver your package it will be returned to our warehouse in Rotterdam.

All orders are processed at our distribution center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday through Friday with exception for public holidays.
Europe: 2-7 days.
Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 4 and 6 weeks.

TAXES AND DUTIES
On all orders within the European Union prices include Dutch VAT at 21 %. These orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
Rest of the World
Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Dutch VAT. International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologize for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)
Linum AB always log IP address for purchases. If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 20 USD. The money is deducted from the amount paid for the order. Is the cost of re-dispatch higher than the customers order value no money will be refunded to the customer. If the customer has more than two unclaimed packages, the customer will be blocked from shopping at www.linumdesign.com
Special offers and promotions that are advertised on linumdesign.com are valid while stock lasts unless other terms are stated in the offer.
We at Linum want you to be happy with our products and that’s why we give you 14 days to return your order if you are not satisfied. Before opening a product, please note if the color, size and style of the product match what you have ordered. Shipping costs will not be repaid. We guarantee that the products you ordered are unimpaired at time of delivery. If you would receive a defected product you have the right to file a complaint for the product within 3 years given that product has a workmanship or material flaw. If you were to receive a defected product or if you have been sent a product you haven’t ordered, we ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible, at the latest within 60 days after the flaw has been detected. Before sending a product due to a complaint please notify our customer service before sending us the product, if not we might not be able to refund you the shipping. In case of a product is returned as a complaint we will investigate the problem. If the complaint is approved, the product’s full amount will be refunded as well as shipping costs. Note that you need to enclose your shipping receipt with the product for us to be able to refund the shipping cost. In case of a dispute, Linum AB will follow the recommendations from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Normally it takes about 2 weeks from when a products gets returned to us until you will receive your reimbursement. On occasion it can take up to 30 days before you will receive your money, which is the maximum time according to Swedish law.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We use the leading technology provider Adyen for a secure payment of your order. When you have placed your order you will be re-directed to the Adyen site to complete the payment. When you have completed the payment you will be re-directed back to our site where you will receive an order confirmation.

We can’t guarantee that a product is not sold out or possible mistakes on the website. We do not guarantee that the images exactly reproduce how the product really looks and a slight color difference may occur depending on your screen or the quality of the photo.
