PICCOLO Bedspread
PICCOLO, like PAOLO, is made from organic cotton velvet that gives a natural and exclusive sheen. The surface creates a modern and sophisticated feel in the bedroom. The model features several well-crafted details, such as a quilted and timeless check pattern and a sewn-in edge.
PICCOLO is designed for a single bed but can also be used horizontally on a double bed, where it takes on the character of a day cover. It is ideally combined with matching bed textiles and cushion covers for a framed look at the head of the bed. Thanks to its flexible construction, PICCOLO is also excellent for guest rooms and children’s rooms, as it is easy to fold and store.
Please note that velvet attracts dust and hair more easily than other materials, which can be easily removed with a lint roller or a vacuum cleaner with a textile nozzle. Velvet is sensitive to pressure and should not be left compressed. Minor shade differences between products may occur as the dyeing process is a craft using natural materials.

Washing instructions for the PICCOLO collection
- All products included in the velvet program can be machine washed at 30°C.
- Wash them separately in spacious cycles to avoid pressure from other items. Pressure from other products may cause streaks or marks in the velvet since the fabric has a very short pile that can be compressed.
- Bedspreads may dry hanging, but with the smooth side facing inward, while cushion covers and curtains should dry flat. Note that the fabric is sensitive to pressure and marks may occur from clotheslines or clothespins. No products in the collection can be tumble dried.
LINUM’s assortment consists exclusively of products made from natural materials, with the exception of synthetic inner cushions and the padding in the seat cushions. When a product is made from 100% cotton, silk, linen or similar materials, the thread may vary in thickness and variations in the fabric are therefore not uncommon. Colors may also fade over time. Natural materials generally have very high durability, but since their fibers originate from plants, a product may require more care and gentler handling than items made from synthetic materials.
