Q:

I haven’t gotten any order confirmation, did my order go through?

A:

We can check that for you! Send an e-mail to customerservice@linumdesign.com and we’ll check if the order went through or if the order confirmation just got stuck somewhere on it’s way to you. Either way we can sort it out for you quite quickly.

Q:

I’m having problems placing my order, what do I do?

A:

Send and e-mail to customerservice@linumdesign.com and we’ll start from there. To get help as fast as possible please state as much information about what has happened as possible. Where are you shopping from (country), which payment option did you use, what name / e-mail / adress did you use, which browser did you use? The more information the easier and faster it will be to solve the issue. If you are able to send screen shots that can help to.

Q:

I have a voucher, where do I put in the code?

A:

In the checkout you will see “add voucher”, click the “+” sign, now a box will appear. Use it to fill in your voucher code.
